I've never done "Rocket Science" but I'm pretty sure it's not much harder than Experimental Physics, which I think is not as hard as Concurrency (which makes my head hurt), so I can deduce that he's probably right... hummm unless you're doing the kind of Rocket Science that involves Concurrent Programming, but then the sentence still holds true, it just has a different meaning.
Anyways, if you're interested in webapps, or Java vs Ruby, or concurrency bugs, then take a look at the presentation, it's only 12 minutes.
